We work closely with legal service providers such as solicitors and notary publics and can help with arrangement to have your documents certified or notarised. We can also help with arrangements to have UK documents legalised by apostille for use overseas. Such documents include but not limited to passports, change of name deeds, UK court documents, wills and power of attorneys, UK school/college/university certificates and birth, death and marriage certificates.
We can assist with the preparation of Power of Attorneys to be used in the United Kingdom and abroad. We can also help with setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney if you become too unwell to manage your finances or take decisions about your health and care.
We can assist with the preparation of change of name deeds, change of a child’s name if agreed by both parents and enrolment of the deed with the courts.
We can assist with creating your will and take you through the steps necessary to write your will to ensure that it is write for you.
We can also assist in making an application for a Grant of Probate if the deceased left a Will of apply for a Grant of letters of Administration if the deceased died intestate.
We provided Mackenzie Friend services in cases of Non-Molestation and Occupation Order applications; Child Arrangements, including complex cases with allegations of DA/ DV, allegations of Parental Alienation, International Child Abduction and Financial matters. We also help with some civil cases, such as small claim applications.
